Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but generally range from 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Angatu is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers once they have been handed off for delivery. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@angatubeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Angatu is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@angatubeauty.com — we can only make changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
