Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — small-batch, handcrafted skincare — we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of every product we make and to ensure that every customer receives something that has never been opened or used.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but we understand that accidents happen in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@angatubeauty.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.
Items reported after the 3-day window will not be eligible for replacement or credit.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@angatubeauty.com and we'll make it right immediately.
Placed the Wrong Order?
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.
If you realize you've made a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@angatubeauty.com and we will do our best to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Lost Packages
Angatu is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, it is outside of our control. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
